Say hello to 2009

That's 2008 done and dusted eh.
The whole of last year was full of hopes and fallen dreams.
Of challenging decisions and broken promises.
Of romance and heartbreaks.
Of sweet success and miserable failures.
But all of which has gotten me to where I am now.
So,
I say hello and welcome 2009.
I'm not going to list down my wishes for the year.
Cause if not fulfilled, that's going to count for the fallen dreams.
I'm not going to make new year resolutions.
Cause that's going to account for some of the broken promises.
I want to get through the next 365 days as they come.
And I'll just be looking forward to September. ;)

I rang in the New Year by having an annual barbecue with close friends at Sulaiman's playground.


There were issues last night. Small ones. Self-conflict so I'll just shut up and deal with it on my own.
Besides that, its been a good start to the new year. Just another 364 to go.
