I just got back from PPM basketball finals in SSP, Cyberjaya. Oh boy, what a game it was! During the game, SSPians wore their heart on their sleeves, fought back from an 8-point deficit, held in there for at most, a two point lead desperately. With 30 seconds left, the score was 43-42 to STF, no.15 then forced a foul from the opposition, 2 free throws. It had to count. First ball, no rebound, IN! Second ball, STF were booing, SSPians could barely watch.. IN!!! All they had to do now, was keep possession.. and after the final whistle blew, EUPHORIA!!! If only I had it on tape. Out of all my four years playing in the prestigious HKSBP tournament, never have I seen a scoreline this close before in a final. This margin, you only see in the movies and the NBA! :) SSP won the trophy back after two years of losing out to STF. A well deserved win, I would say. Kudos!
Normally, I would not acknowledge my sibling's achievement this publicly, but I was very proud of you Ati! The way you played and your spirit. There's a few things you need to brush up here and there, and you'll be a promising player. Just listen to me, and you'll get by ;) Now, lets never speak of this again ok. I have an ego to uphold. hahaha
This is the thing I'm going to be missing most about home when overseas :(
