The tourists.

So Adli's finally off to London for his mammoth London-Paris cycle challenge! And I get a bit of time to myself before the Wen lands in from Dublin. Thought I'd make an update post on what I've been up to for the past 2 weeks and a bit (probably being in staggered posts). Hold on to your seats, this is gonna be an exciting one! 


About a fortnight ago, two annoying people flew all the way over from Malaysia to take a break from the real world and come chill where all the cool people at: Manchester! Luckily since their stay would coincide with my summer, I roped them in onto my summer trip 2012! Although I couldnt make down to London to see them on arrival, they made it up to Manchester 2 days later.


And with conventional Manchester welcome, it was pancakes for breakfast! As soon as our tummies were full and our hearts content, it was off to Old Trafford for the Stadium Tour. Usually everyone is welcome at Old Trafford but in the case of one particular Liverpool fan, well he was ALMOST welcome. :p

I wanted to take them for a night walk around town, but Manchester weather being what it is, dint allow me to do so. Dont worry, I made sure they enjoyed one of Manchester's guilty pleasures, Moonlight! I dont think they enjoyed the Falooda as much as everyone would hype it up to be. To be honest, it would neither be a first choice for me if ever I walked into that little sundry shop on the corner. But, its always a must try.

I think this is the first time Adli's met both Hana and Wen together and prolly seen how we function as a trio. Although we were probably a bit more toned down now compared to earlier days, I could tell he might have thought we were pretty bonkers sometimes, with the annoying laughs and the 'pick-on-wen' game. Lol. I was very happy at how Adli very quickly acquainted himself to the both of them only cause Adli's sometimes quite reserved when it comes to meeting new people.
