People warned it was bad, no one told me it could get ugly. I was at the Trafford centre as early as 7 in the morning yet there was already a huge queue in front of the shops. And when the shutters were pulled up, it was a stampede! People were pushing their way through, grabbing everything they can reach for, just for the sake of grabbing ! When I got to the handbag section, the shelves were wiped clean! You had to literally queue to get your hands on a Gucci bag and dont mention the clothes! They were all over the floors and hanging crookedly off hangers, it looked like a scene from a Stephen King movie! LOL.
So now, I can officially be declared bankrupt ! I got myself some pretty clothes and a coat, laced up boots, a handbag from Ted Baker and just some stuff for people back home. I dint get any perfume this year cause I ran out of money. Pobre. I might just return some of the stuff I got to fund for a pair of Gap Jeans I set my eyes on today :s
I went back to the Trafford centre today to look for my keys. It was a long shot but I still had to try. No luck. Looks like I'm going to have to fork out of my savings to replace the FOB. duit lagiii.. :( At this rate I'm going to be lucky if I can pay my rent at all next month ! Better prepare to eat nasi kicap and telur till the next allowance comes!
