Thanks for a great year Manchester. Its been swell

After exams finished for everyone, it was time to think about leaving and saying goodbyes. My least favorite part. So before that, let me entertain you with some happy pictures of WhitFest, which was an event held at the halls I was living in. I tell you what, out of all the university student halls. Whitworth Park has got to be THE best ever. I mean, it could not be any closer to uni, there's a McDonalds and Subway literally across the road, a halal takeaway on its doorstep, The Oxford Pub which serves the best lasagna ever (yummmm), McColls - a small newsagent for basic necessities, Greggs - perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch and to work off all that fat, a free gym which I made quite good use of! So you see my dears, its the best place ever!

Over the past few days, me and Nia have spent a lot of time together being the only two people left in the flat at the time and I think, it was then that I really got the chance to know Nia inside out. We cooked, we bitched about the other flatmate...(not the singularity of the subject) we shared stories of relationships and friendships. She told me the story of how she met Gregory Moss-Combes, her soulmate and I told her about my person. She came up with a name; Mr. Cute/Mr. Perfect. She said I could pick either one. We grew closer which made parting ways even harder. I think at the end of the term, both of us had wished we had spent more time together.

And within the past week, not only did I have to say goodbye to my friends, I had to find a house to live in for next year, pack up all my stuff, plan the Spain Summer Trip, andddd I also had to leave my tiny, but cosy room. My safe haven for the past year. My comfort zone. THAT, i gotta admit, was hard. With so many things going on in such a small space of time, I was so overwhelmed with emotion I was left, teary-eyed and speechless.Who can blame a girl right. There's only so much one can handle!

But there's nothing that a good nights sleep cant solve ;)

Next up: Summer en Españaaaa!
