A quick hello from my new home.

In the past couple of weeks, a lot has been happening.  My sister got married, I headed back to Manchester, moved into a smaller, but nicer and cosier house, and.... Adli has moved to London!! I'm still deciding whether I'm kind-of-sort-of sad or absolute-complete sad that he's not around cause it is for the good of his future. Lol.

But regardless, I am thrilled for him. Adli was recently offered a wonderful new opportunity with work and school that he couldnt simply pass up and it was more convenient for him to be in London for both of it. I'm really proud of him and how hard he works each day. So I cant help but just be excited for whats next. For him, for us.

Due to such a packed schedule even over the summer, adli hasnt been able to find a place to stay in London yet although his classes are already in progress. There's nothing I'd love more than to go house hunting with him just to help ease the transition but I have commitments of my own here in Manchester too. So if any of you know an awesome letting agent or friend or friend of a friend or anyone who could help him find something, please let me know! I'd really appreciate the help!

I packed the last of my belongings from the old house yesterday just after dusk and found myself staring absent mindedly at my empty room for a good 2 minutes or so. Two years there, the room's been good to me, and a lot of memories made. I'm sure of the walls could speak, they'd have some story to tell. (luckily they cant! ;))

There is an embarrassing amount of boxes currently taking up my new little home. It feels good to be back in Manchester! The temperatures have been cooler on this side of the world and I always fall hard for places where there are four changing seasons to look forward to. Manchester weather has been unpredictable ever since I got back, with an exception for today which was surprisingly sunny and clear!

I have to admit, leaving KL this time gave me the biggest lump in my throat. Leaving the comfort of the family back home and heading back to 4th year dentistry, I kept saying,''oh my gosh I cant believe I'm nearly done. Its all gone so quicklyy." I know I'll definitely miss Manchester once it's all over that's for sure.

But hey, it's nice to see you again, MCR! and I'm excited for whats in store this year. Wish me luck with all the unpacking and organizing. Yay!

Till next time, xx
