Out of town.

What I have enjoyed in Hastings over the past couple of weeks has been the joy of decorating and sprucing up my tiny flat. With the help of countless little antique and vintage charity shops scattered all around this quaint little town, I have been slowly turning this bare four-walled space into a home. You'll all be glad to know that I am no longer sleeping on the airbed with the slow puncture, but rather, a very fine second-hand bed I snagged off ebay for a right bargain! and just as I unpacked all the boxes and suitcases around mid-week, I had my eyes on a beautiful set of a white pine wood round table with two chairs. It definitely was the perfect thing I needed for my flat! But just as I returned today from a weekend in London, I decided to take a peek into the little shop off the corner.... and was absolutely devastated when I couldnt see it anymore!!! Urgh, talk about a missed opportunity! But, I shall be updating you guys soon on what my flat looks like when its all done up! 

In the meantime, you guys can enjoy some pictures of last weekend when I had to attend a dental conference and also a random visit to see friends in London and Kent.

^^Who else if not two of my favorite people in London! :)) They have just moved in to a new flat themselves and I was their first guest (as expected)^^

I was then transported back to the 1940's era while visiting this lovely lady here in her little hometown of Chatham, Kent. She hooked me up with some homecooked traditional lemak cili api for her fellow craving Negeri Sembilan homie! Thats love for you right there! Lol. Its been a good couple of weeks so far. So blessed for it all.
